Smoked Peach Dessert

Great summer dessert - smoked peaches 🍑 with cobbler topping. We picked up a box of peaches from the South Dakota Peach Festival and decided to m are a great summer treat! Used cherry wood on our UDS.

R E C I P E

Slice and remove pit

Mix together:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup of flour

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 stick of melted salted butter

  • Place peaches in pan or on grill

  • Cover the top with mixture

  • Place a pad of butter on top

  • Let smoke for 15-20min

  • Check every 15 min until peaches are soft.

  • Remove and scoop some ice cream and enjoy!
