Mexican Coleslaw

New recipe for Summer cooks!

Creamy Mexican Coleslaw

  • 1 bag of Coleslaw cabbage

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of red kidney beans or black beans

  • 1 small can of green chile's

  • 1/2 Cup of chopped Cilantro

  • 1 Cup of Mayo

  • 1 packet of Taco seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon of Lime juice

Mix mayo + taco seasoning. Stir all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.

Refrigerate and rest for 30-60min.
